ICCR, New Delhi sponsored a 10-Member Purulia Chhau group "Adibashi Chhau Dance Party" led by Mr. Kartik Sing Mura to Thailand from 22nd June to 3rd July, 2017 to participate in the "2017 International Mask Festival" at Loei Province and Bangkok organized by Ministry of Culture, Thailand. The group performed at Loei Province on 24, 25, 27 & 28th June 2017 and Bangkok on 1&2nd July 2017. As a chief guest, Hon'ble by Prime Minister of Thailand attended the programme at Loei. Province.
