Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre,Embassy of India,Bangkok organized a talk on "Science of Ayurveda and Naturopathy for Healthy Life" by Dr. Alka Gupta, a Certified Ayurveda Practitioner and Therapist, Thailand. Insightful discussion and demonstrations on Ayurveda in daily life and the importance of a healthy diet were discussed .The millet products were exhibited at the event and SVCC arranged Ayurveda Aahar for audience.
