• Request letter for Transfer of Residence certificate from applicant giving details such as duration of work and stay in Thailand and likely date of departure to India. Attach Documentary proof by way of letter from employer addressed to Embassy.
• Original passport with photocopy. (All pages of personal paritculars and current visa page).
• Original work Permit/Residence Permit/Tangdao (Alien Certificate) with photocopy.
• Authority letter, if applicant cannot come personally.
