• Commercial Dcoument - Export to India with photocopy
• Document, duly verified from Commerce Wing.
• In case the document originated from any Thai Institution, prior attestation from Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs is required.
• Passport of applicant in original along with photocopy of all pages of personal particulars and current visa page.
• Authority letter, if applicant cannot come personally.
