TENDER NOTICE

     Embassy of India, Bangkok, is inviting offers from reputed, registered, experienced transport agencies for providing services to Embassy during an important event as per the following details:-

A. Likely period of hiring :- During 01^st week of September, 2024

B. Proforma to be filled:-

(Currency in THB)

C.  Agents should have experience of working with Embassies, International Agencies and should share proof of the same with us (Letters from Embassies may be enclosed). Agents should share a brief introduction, details of their company including registration, no. of vehicles, manpower along with certificate that the company is not running into losses.

D.  Agents should be able to provide vehicles with one month credit basis to Embassy. Successful agency will need to submit THB 50,000 as performance security which will be returned after rendering of successful services .

E.  Interested companies/firms specializing in transport services may provide their Quote, in the prescribed format with all relevant documentation including profile of the company, financial statements, etc. in a sealed envelope to Embassy of India, Bangkok, latest by 22.08.2024 addressed to :-
