Application for the 4th Study India Programme (SIP)

The Embassy of India invites applications from the Indian Diaspora youth (PIOs) in the age group 18-26 years to participate in the "4 th Study India Programme (SIP)" to be held from 20 January to 16 February 2016. The objective of this four weeks programme is to familiarize the selected candidates about the art & culture, heritage, history, economy and development of India and to better understand contemporary India, foster closer ties with the land of their ancestors and enhance their engagement with India.

The Government of India will extend full hospitality to selected participants in India during the duration of the programme and will refund 90% (ninety percent) of the return airfare (at lowest economy excursion fare) to the participants on successful completion of the programme by them. Applications with a passport size photograph and an essay of maximum 300 words on why they want to participate in the programme and what they expect to gain from it may be sent by email to info.bangkok@mea.gov.in latest by 28 December, 2015.
