Final schedule for bidding process for RFP notified for Visa/Passport Outsourcing Work

Reference RFP notified for Visa/Passport Outsourcing work of Embassy of India, Bangkok. Kindly note the final schedule for the bidding process as given below:

1. Clarifications – 26 August, 2016 to 1 Sept, 2016

2. Pre-Bid meeting- 2 Sept, 2016 at 1500 hrs. in the Embassy premises

3. Bid submission- 5 Sept, 2016 to 16 Sept, 2016 till 1200 hrs.

4. Bid opening – 30 Sept, 2016 at 1500 hrs.
