TENDER NOTICE

Subject: Invitation for competitive tender for cleaning services at Office premises of Embassy of India, Bangkok 46, Soi 23 (Prasarnmitra), Sukhumvit Road, Bangkok 10110.
1. Sealed quotation are invited from experienced firms/ reputed companies for providing of daily cleaning services at Office premises of Embassy of India, 46, Soi 23 (Prasarnmitra), Sukhumvit Road, Bangkok 10110, for a period of one year with effect from 01.06.2013. The Quotation/estimates in a sealed cover envelope should reach Embassy of India by 5th June, 2013.
2. Scope of work, terms, and conditions would be as follows:-.
Floor sweeping, Floor mopping, Carpet vacuum, Toilet cleaning sanitary sterilizing, Door cleaning, Car park sweeping.
Weekly cleaning:- window and door cleaning, Cleaning sweeping, furniture cleaning, telephone cleaning and sterilizing
Monthly cleaning:- Drains checking, Carpet shampooing floor waxing 1 time in a year.
The company will be responsible for providing good quality of workers, to ensure that the Embassy and its premises are always clean and tidy.
In case of any loss or damage occur, the Company will be liable to pay for loss or damage.

The company will be responsible for work compensation insurance for their workers.
WORKING TIME:-
DAILY CLEANING: Morning: from 0730 A.M. to 11.30 Am
Afternoon: from12.30 P.M. to 16.30 PM
Monday - Friday 0730 -16.30 hrs. 4 Janitors and Saturday or Sunday - 0800 hrs to 1700hrs. 2 Janitors
