Embassy of India, Bangkok and the Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion (DIPP), Ministry of Commerce & Industry of India, in association with the Board of Investment of Thailand is organizing an Investment Roundtable- Thailand on the theme of "Investment Opportunities in India" on 19 March 2013 at Lotus Suites 1-4, Level 22, Bangkok Convention Centre, Centara Grand at Central World, Bangkok from 0900 am - 1230 pm followed by lunch and B2B meetings.

Focus sectors for the Investment Roundtable are food processing, auto components and infrastructure. Focused presentation will also be made on incentives available to investors under India's National Manufacturing Policy and on Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor. Anil Wadhwa, Ambassador of India to Thailand and Pisan Manawapat, Ambassador of Thailand to India will address the Investment Roundtable during the inaugural session. Senior representatives from DIPP, State Governments of India and panelists from reputed organizations engaged in the activities related to focus sectors will make presentations about the investment opportunities available in India.
